We offer exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and an another delivery of the same within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

• If you have not received the replaced product, first check with your nearest courier partner.
